TANITH YATES
FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN OF BOARD
PORTLAND, OREGON
Tanith brings 20 years of creative business experience across numerous industry verticals, with an extensive background in design, brand strategy, and fine art. She’s fascinated with the limitless malleability of art and its power to simultaneously beautify, entertain, inform, and disrupt. This passion informs the Artist Eye mission and purpose—to combine the vision of international artists with the expertise of technology specialists to dynamically innovate and redefine art forms.
Outside of her work for Artist Eye, she continues to partner with corporate clients in-house and entrepreneurs nationwide, using her specialized skills in concept design and storytelling to bring profound ideas to life. She’s passionate about using human-centered design principles to create powerful brands that are authentic, accessible and profitable. Taking ideas and developing living, breathing entities is the impetus behind her work—whether that means creating original art, working with clients on immersive brand design, or leading dynamic marketing teams.
Tanith graduated from Platt College of Design with a combined degree in graphic design and multimedia and participated in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program at Stanford University. She currently serves as Partnership Director for AIGA Portland.
ROBERT PARAGUASSU
FOUNDING ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
ATLANTA, GEORGIA
Robert is an entrepreneur based in Atlanta, GA who has spent over 15 years in the animation and television production industry. He’s served as an artist specializing in 3D animation and motion graphics and as a creative director for various teams, including the 2017 Emmy Award winning animation team of FX’s Archer. He’s lent his creative skills to diverse projects in augmented reality, virtual reality, and motion graphics for organizations such as NASA, Trick 3D, and the Atlanta Aquarium, and holds a number of awards for his commercial and short film work.
Robert brings a wide variety of skills to the Artist Eye advisory board, including expertise in vehicle animation, compositing, video effects, mock video games, virtual reality, concept art, storyboarding, script writing, illustration, and animation. Robert is passionate about the potential for these technologies to change how people see, understand, and interact with their environments. As a board member, he is enthusiastic about helping communities experience art in new ways, and is driven by a conviction that great art fosters better lives.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in film production from Georgia State University. He spends his free time creating comic books with his young daughter and continuing his prolific work in short film animations.
TYLER WILSON
FOUNDING ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
Tyler Wilson is a user experience and interaction designer based out of San Francisco, CA. He currently works as the first (and only) UX designer at Helios Interactive, a cutting-edge design firm that creates immersive AR experiences for brands such as the Golden State Warriors, HBO, and IBM. Tyler revels in the fast pace and multidimensional nature of his work, which includes shaping the skeletal framework for user experiences, interacting with clients, distilling ideas into useable products, and overseeing user design.
Aside from this expertise, Tyler brings a plethora of skills to the AE Board, including specializations in archeology, prototyping and wireframes, database engineering, graphic design, and web design. Tyler prides himself on intuitively knowing human nature, which has heavily informed his work on projects such as reconstructing skeletons as a bioarchaeologist, and creating fun and innovative augmented reality and virtual reality experiences.
Tyler joins Artist Eye to promote connection between people and communities through art, and believes that using sophisticated AR and VR technologies to enhance existing art forms will offer greater accessibility and diversity to the community-art experience, consequently improving lives.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a dual focus in Biology and Fine Arts, and is a classically trained artist.

We depend on the monetary support of local business and industry to make the Artist Eye mission possible. Through partnering with AE, financial contributors can enrich and endow their communities by setting them at the forefront of innovation and creativity.
Every AE project must be fully funded before launch. We’re seeking financial contributors who want to give back to communities they care about by supporting arts and new technologies that build greater local awareness and promote diversity, tourism, and economic growth. Our business supporters join AE as stakeholders in the project and actively participate in its build.
